Just going to let it dry like this for now. Wanted to add more layers to make it glow brighter but all my paint brushes stiffened up. Got them soaking in water now because I don't have any solvents like turpentine, alcohol or acetone. Might have to buy another brush set tomorrow, but will have the painting part hopefully done by then
